Let me start by saying I stand behind my workmanship and materials without limitation - Period.

We will work together to reach a design for the piece you want.

While I don't make copies of commercial pieces, period reproductions (OK some William & Margaret pieces) , or build the specific designs of others, pretty much anything else that works, we can find a way to do for you.

Pieces essentially similar to those in the Show Room, may be ordered at or near the marked price.

Keep in mind that all my work is one of a kind, so I reserve the right to make some, at least slight, alteration even between pieces in a "pair", and certainly on new versions of Show Room items.
For unusally complex work I price design separately so no customer pays for a service he does not need or use. In these cases there is a non-refundable charge (normally 10% of the rough estimate of price) for the time it takes to do adequate design. Of course I will credit paid orders with the full value of any design charges.

When the design is satisfactory, there is a, nonrefundable, 50% deposit to place your work in the schedule. The balance is due 10 days prior to delivery or shipping.
Pick up is still free, and delivery, shipping to anywhere in the U.S. and/or installation, can be arranged and billed at cost.

As far as my prices go, every peice really is different, but surprisingly, I can generally make a one-of-a-kind piece for you at a cost less (sometimes much less) than the upper range of mass produced furniture.
